Surgery

It took a while, I was an inpatient for 4/5 days as I looked down the barrel of the gun that said that surgery was going to be the best option for me at this point. I fought it so hard. I looked into alternative medication therapies, asked question after question as to why I couldnt try this, that and the other, but it was becoming glaringly obvious that the drugs just were not working. Well, what to say now

So I haven’t written properly in a while, and I guess maybe that is because there wasn’t a lot to talk about? Or maybe I was just denying the fact that I had Ulcerative Colitis and wanting to ignore its existence? Who knows, but there is definitely an update now!
