Self care

Since realising the importance of relaxation, I have become more aware of the concept of self care. I have never been that good at ‘self care’, I am always rushing around, trying to fit as much in as possible and this is not necessarily the best thing to be doing. Iron infusion

Having had my iron levels tested by the Nutritionist, I asked for a test from the NHS as well as I knew that they were low. The result of these were as predicted, my iron levels are very low.
