Well hey there! Thank you for coming to read my blog, it’s a work in progress so hang in there, I hope it will improve.
My name is Ellie and I have just been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I thought that it might be useful to write about my experiences for other people. I will write candidly (I am not scared to discuss bowel movements) and give an honest opinion where I can. I am not medically trained in any way but this is meant to be a space for people to read about a real person’s experience of the condition.
I will be writing as I go along about my diagnosis, things that I have to have done and then about my life as I get back to living a more normal life, after diagnosis. I aim for this to be a light-hearted area, please feel free to comment and share experiences as well!
